High School Ministry
In the high school ministry, the energy is high and the discussions are deep. These students build lasting meaningful relationships with one another while learning, laughing, and serving together.
Weekly Youth Group starts Sunday, September 18th!
Youth group held on Sunday nights, 7:00-8:30PM in the Youth Room at WPC. For the first half of the night, we hang out and play games. During the second half we learn about a Biblical topic, life topic or specific books/passages in the Bible. Then we have an open group discussion about what we just heard.
Serving Others
Serving is something that we greatly value and enjoy as a high school ministry. We do day trips to soup kitchens and homeless shelters, we've served in work days around the community and the church, and one of the highlights of our year has been our week-long summer mission trip. Most recently, we took a team of students to Puerto Rico, In 2014 we took a team to Haiti read about that on our Haiti trip blog. This coming year as in the past we will travel to the Appalachian Region of the US, These experiences and opportunities to serve impact the students deeply and eternally.
